After school and Saturday sessions that build players’ skills through a progressive training format. The program challenges the individual player with innovative drills and personal coaching in a small group setting.
Sessions are conducted by experienced coaching staff who care about the players they coach and take pride in player development.
Highlights of an UP Skills session include ball handling, footwork, finishing at the basket, building strength and fitness, and gameplay.
The UP Skills program is divided into four levels. This format allows athletes to have access to a progression pathway and caters to a range of ages and skill levels.
For athletes who have limited to no basketball experience. This level focuses on learning the basic skills and rules of the game
For athletes who have experience in a team or in a previous program. Training will focus on developing the basic skills learned in level one
For athletes who have experience playing at a high domestic level or have representative experience. Training will focus on more advanced skills and concepts in a small group setting.
For athletes who have experience playing at the representative level. Athletes will be pushed to work hard and take their skills to the next level to compliment their representative basketball training.
