PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Chase Basketball UP Skills is our during school term skills program for junior basketball players. Sessions are conducted by experienced coaching staff who care about the players they coach and take pride in their development.

Highlights of an UP Skills session include ball handling, footwork, finishing at the basket, building strength and fitness, and gameplay. Sessions are made to cater to the athletes attending, depending on their skills level, program attendance and specific areas they want to work on.

The UP Skills program is divided into four levels. This format allows athletes to have access to a progression pathway, while allowing for a range of ages and skill levels.
