Chase Coaches…

• Have experience coaching junior basketballers or playing at a representative level.

• Model leadership, professionalism and resilience on and off the court.

• Understand the balance between encouragement, fun and discipline.

• Deliver engaging and structured sessions for junior athletes of all skill levels.

• Adapt to the needs of their group while maintaining high expectations of effort and focus.

• Create a positive, safe and inclusive environment for all athletes.

• Build meaningful relationships with athletes, parents, the Chase team and fellow Coaches.

• Have an up to date First Aid certificate and Working with Children Check. 

• Have read the Chase Basketball Policies.
