Nigel brings over 40 years of coaching experience and a professional playing background with the Melbourne Tigers and Brisbane Bullets. Known for his calm, purposeful approach, he delivers sessions grounded in decades of high-performance basketball.
George Delichristos – Head Coach Chase School Academy Program
George brings international coaching experience from Greece and leads skill development across our programs. With a warm, encouraging style and bilingual support in English and Greek, George builds strong rapport with every athlete he works with.
Why Age 10 and Up?
Our Individual Workouts are open to players aged 10 and above. For younger athletes, learning in a team-based environment is often more effective for building core skills, confidence and social connection. From age 10, players start to develop clearer goals, longer focus and a growing passion for the game, making one-on-one coaching a powerful tool for their growth.

While UP Skills focuses on game-based learning, skills progression and structured weekly sessions, Individual Workouts offer focused attention for players looking to accelerate specific areas of their game.
Together, they form a complete learning experience built to support young athletes at every stage.
