Chase Fit – Adult Basketball Training is our adult basketball skills sessions that incorporate high-intensity, cardio conditioning workouts. Chase Fit is designed to cater to all fitness levels of domestic basketball players. Each training session is led by an experienced coach that takes your basketball history and fitness into account, while teaching you new game concepts and skills.

Nigel Purchase and George Delichristos have been at the forefront of local and international basketball coaching for more than 20 years. They both coach players from NBL champions to domestic ballers and school kids reach their potential through improved physical fitness, game play and education.

If you want to improve your cardio fitness while learning basketball skills, Chase Fit – Adult Basketball Training is for you. Enjoy working out in a group environment where exercises are centered around basketball and built into fun and rewarding drills.

Chase Fit sessions target all fitness levels for adults 18+ of all genders. Our experienced coaches will ensure the session meets your fitness and basketball ability, while pushing you to improve and reach your goals.

We practice fitness through basketball training, using drills that incorporate cardio conditioning and game specific concepts.  Each session is designed to be different, with a warm up and cool down, cardio segment, basketball skills practice, high calorie burn drills and a short form game.

  • Comfortable workout gear
