OUR OBJECTIVES

TRY OUT PREP SEASON! LET’S GET READY!

The E60 (Express 60) objective is to conduct an efficient 60 minute training session focused on ball handling, shooting, footwork, passing and gameplay. Designed for young athletes who are serious and committed to working hard to become the best that they can be.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Boys and Girls welcome
  • Sessions run for 60 minutes sharp
  • You can select to participate in 1 or 2 sessions per week
  • Individual and small groups of no greater than 6 athletes per coach
  • Dedicated and committed skills development coaches
  • No sitting and only quick water breaks
  • Respect the sessions by being on time and willing to work hard
  • Videoing of technique and reports on progress may be provided
  • Learn respect for the game, your coaches, your team mates and yourself.

WHAT WE PROMISE

  • One hour of efficient, high-level training with committed skills coaches
  • Training at a dedicated skills venue located at Albert Park College
  • Sessions conveniently scheduled between 5-8pm
